Airport Pick Up Instructions:
After exiting plane, turn on cell phone and proceed to Main Domestic Terminal Baggage Claim
Follow signs to Ground Transportation
Exit Door W1 (North Terminal) or W2 (South Terminal)
Follow signs for Green Area Shared Ride Shuttles Parking Area (across from taxis),BR> Shuttle will be located in Ground Transportation (across from Terminal building)

Shuttles will have Atlanta Elite signage. Reservation Changes
To make changes to your reservation, please call Atlanta Elite @ 770 955-4565) 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Should your flight be cancelled or delayed, please notify Atlanta Elite at 770-955-4565 as soon as possible.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of arrival or departure during weekday office hours: (Monday Friday 8 a.m. through 8 p.m.) with an Atlanta Elite representative. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE within 48 hours of your arrival or departure. REMEMBER: You must call during weekday Business Office hours between 8 am until 8 pm.
